Fuel/Freight Regional Sales Manager in Lubbock Area

Davidson Oil is seeking a full time Regional Sales Associate for Fuel / Freight South area to sell fuel products and delivery solutions to convenience stores, farmers, trucking companies, agricultural producers, and others who need bulk fuel and coordinates freight for other fuel suppliers. The Regional Sales Associate ensures our drivers have loads to deliver, our customers have fuel in their tanks and our company generates revenue. The RSA is the voice and face of our company and an advocate for both customers and drivers.

What we need!

  • Someone >21 years old.
  • Someone outgoing, confident, and organized.
  • Someone with great attention to detail.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer & software skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The desire and ability to learn about fueling systems and a related sales process. Training is provided, and a very high priority.
  • A willingness to be a road warrior. You can be home in your own bed most nights, but we need someone out and very present with our existing customers, and someone willing to make new relationships and generate new business!
  • A great communicator, willing to effectively collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Professionalism. The desire to be a master at your craft.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR checks.
