JOB PURPOSE

Secure revenue and maintain outstanding customer relationships through the timely collection of receipts and resolution of customer concerns.

ESSENTIAL RESULTS

Maintain and communicate accurate and current customer information by:

Quickly resolving customer issues

Communicating effectively

Ensuring customer account data is accurate and updated in the computer system

Notifying customers of any expiring licenses/permits

Preparing and sending accurate account statements and requested reports

Accurately billing branded dealer pass-through charges

Preparing accurate 1099-k's at year-end

Ensure revenues are secured timely by:

Promptly posting customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions

Making daily deposits into financial banking institution

Preparing EFT notices and submitting ACH file to financial banking institution

Monitoring aging report and keeping >10 days past due at 5% or less

Collecting past due invoices through regular phone calls and follow-up communications

Resolving valid or authorized deductions by entering adjustments

Maintain and increases external and internal customer satisfaction by:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3 years previous experience in Accounts Receivable

High School Diploma or GED

Basic computer skills

Good phone etiquette and communication skills

Excel spreadsheets and reports

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Frequent and/or constant sitting with occasional standing and walking

Other physical requirements include but are not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and repetitive finger motion and dexterity

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pound of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading and visual inspection.

The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
