Davidson Oil is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our company's billing and collection department. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring the invoices are accurate and timely, and payments are received promptly.

Keep Records Updated: Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date at all times.

What We Need!

  • 3 years' previous experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Must have past supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets and reports.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent and/or constant sitting with occasional standing and walking
  • Other physical requirements include but are not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and repetitive finger motion and dexterity.
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading and visual inspection.
