A business analyst plays a pivotal role in "steering the ship" by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. This role documents requirements, defines scope & objectives, formulates & tracks key performance indicators (KPI's), and ensures leadership knows what they need to know, when they need to know it.

What we expect!

• Monitor, analyze, and report on operational & financial data, competition, and market trends.
• Transform complex business data into easy-to-digest reports and key performance indicators (KPI's) that can be acted upon.
• Determine & deploy the KPIs needed to best measure success relative to the company's over-arching goals.
• Serve as the key performance indicator (KPI) subject-matter expert (SME), collaborating with, and advising internal stakeholders on business best practices.

What we need!

• Someone >21 years old.
• Someone outgoing, confident, and organized.
• Someone detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive

• Advanced Excel experience required.
• Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, or equivalent work experience
• A great communicator, willing to effectively collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Professionalism. The desire to be a master at your craft.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & background checks.
