Chief Financial Officer

Davidson Oil is looking for our next Chief Financial Officer.

Your mission is to provide broad financial, strategic, and operational management to the organization and serve as a key strategic partner with the CEO, President, and executive management team, advising on business analysis, strategic planning, and company efficiencies.

Expected Results:

• BUILD & EXECUTE FINANCIAL STRATEGY. Evaluate and develop metrics and goals that drive internal improvement.
• FINANCIAL PREPAREDNESS. Provide, proactive and sound analysis of financial and operational data.
• MITIGATE FINANCIAL RISK. Ensure financial integrity is maintained.
• HIRE THE BEST. Hire the employee with the best aptitude, cultural fit and skill set for each position.
• DRIVE PERFORMANCE. Maintain a team of high performing, self-motivated and efficient employees.
• RETAIN & ADVANCE THE BEST. Use all available resources to retain high-potential, high-performing employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broadly-based financial experience, including experience in senior level management position of a multi-division organization.
• Previous experience as CFO preferred
• Experience partnering with executive teams
• Ability to hire and lead a highly competent financial team.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Business (or equivalent in combined education and experience)
