Fleet Fuel Driver

Are you the Fueler to fill this position?

The Fleet Fuel Driver position involves driving a fuel tanker to a local yard and working with an assistant to fuel the parked trucks.

ALWAYS local. 

ALWAYS off on weekends.

• Monday Friday (5pm- ? until the fleets are complete, typically 12 am)
• Responsible for loading the truck at the rack
• Shuttle the Fleet Laborer around to each fleet nightly
• Responsible for documenting all the fuel dropped in each piece of equipment and moving the truck as needed to be most proficient at delivering
• Responsible for training any new Fleet Laborer that may come aboard and conducting the Fleet Laborer if they fall out sick for the night
• Starting wage is $20.00 per hour. Average nightly gross pay range would be $100 to $160 based upon hours worked. If the Specialist falls out sick, the Driver would earn a $.030/ gals commission on all gals once he hits the 2500 min threshold.

What are the Responsibilities?

• Safely operate a tanker truck
• Responsible for fleet fueling
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip

What are the Qualifications/Requirements?

• Must be at least 23 years old
• 2 years and 100,000 verifiable tractor/trailer or bobtail driving experience
• No more than 1 moving violation in 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical, drug testing and criminal background check
• Class A and/or B CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement
• Previous fuel experience preferred, but we will train
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Dependable
• Work with co-worker as a team
