Recruiting Manager

We need an experienced, successful Recruiting Manager at DavidsonTeal. With four separate companies, each with unique recruiting challenges, this position requires passion, self-motivation, incredible drive and an ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
• Creatively and proactively source top talent for a variety of positions.
• Conduct and analyze pre-hire behavioral and cognitive assessments.
• Conduct phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews to assess both hard and soft skills.
• Manage the interview process including scheduling and coordinating travel
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activity
• Make sure every candidate has a great experience regardless of the outcome.

Requirements:

• A sense of humor (seriously, we like to have fun around here)
• A passion for people.
• Crazy good communication and inter-personal skills
• Experience and a reputation for successfully recruiting top talent (yes, we want references)
• Degree or certification in Human Resources preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
